Bender's Gym

Good clean gym. Staff is nice. I love the fact that it's 24hrs. They hydro bed is a nice touch for when I want a relaxing 10 mins after a good workout.

One of my favorite gym's. Astroturf + Big Windows = Awesome. Cindy who works at the desk is irreplaceable. I hope her compensation matches her value!

Benders is a great place to lift. Had the membership for over a year including my son. He used it almost daily. I was impressed with the layout and equipment was well maintained. Small enough to not have huge crowds and most gear ready to go when you needed it. A bit pricey for two but worth it. I just recently cancelled as my job now has a gym and it's free... But I would still be there otherwise.

I love this gym. I left for a year to join a globo gym type facility, but came back as soon as possible. It’s a comfortable environment, with great, friendly staff. It’s truly a wonderful place for all types of people, at all fitness levels. I’m so happy to be back!
